MR. SUB BEGINS NO SUBSTITUTE CAMPAIGN

Sandwich chain Mr. Sub of Toronto has begun an advertising campaign to promote its Chicken Parmesan sandwich, which is being sold for a limited time at participating locations. The advertising uses the copy, "The Original Mr. Sub. There is no substitute." The campaign, created by Vaughn Whelan & Partners Advertising of Toronto, includes three 30-second radio commercials and various in-restaurant materials. The advertising will run through November. Media planning and buying were handled by Magi Communications of Toronto. There are 520 Mr. Sub restaurants in Canada.
