PANASONIC INTRODUCES IDEAS FOR LIFE TAGLINE

Panasonic Canada of Mississauga has adopted the company's new global tagline, "ideas for life," in Canada. The branding initiative began in the U.S. last year. The Canadian advertising was created by Strateco Strategic Communications Group, while media planning and buying were done by Genesis Media, both based in Toronto. National television, magazine, newspaper, online and cinema advertising will run until Christmas. The campaign also includes consumer promotions, product demonstrations and event sponsorships. Public relations for Panasonic are handled by Environics Communications of Toronto.
