CONVERTEC APPOINTS SACKE AOR

Oakville, ON-based software company ConverTec has appointed Sacke & Associates its public relations agency of record. The Toronto-based agency pitched for the business based on a referral from an existing client. ConverTec produces telecom-based CRM business process automation software. Previously the firm handled its public relations in-house.
