RICHTER HIRES TORCHIA

Richter of Montreal has retained Torchia Communications, also based in Montreal, to raise its profile. Richter is an accounting, business advisory and consulting firm. The company hired Torchia based on a referral from one of the agency's past clients. Torchia will develop and implement public relations initiatives to increase awareness of Richter in the Quebec business community.
