HONG KONG GLOBAL CAMPAIGN TO RUN IN CANADA

The Hong Kong Tourism Board broke a new tourism marketing campaign yesterday. The global effort, which uses the tagline "Live It, Love It," is intended to attract visitors back to the city. The television advertising features actor Jackie Chan. Radio, print, online and outdoor advertising are also in use. The organization began the marketing effort in Times Square in New York. Over several weeks the campaign will roll out to Canada, Australia, Mainland China, Taiwan, India, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Japan, Korea and the United Kingdom. The advertising will be supported by consumer marketing programs, PR programs, road shows and trade activities in a number of cities.
