Retailer Wal-Mart Canada of Mississauga and manufacturer Kidd 2000 of Montreal have introduced a line of clothing based on the television series "Canadian Idol." The products include sportswear for children and adults and sleepwear for girls. The product is currently being distributed to the 213 Wal-Mart stores in Canada. It will be promoted with in-store signage, created by Wal-mart. The line is the result of a licensing agreement between Kidd 2000 and FremantleMedia Licensing Worldwide.
