STANDARD BROADCASTING HIRES SHAFER

Standard Broadcasting has hired Don Shafer as vice-president and general manger of Standard Radio's BC Interior Group stations. Most recently Shafer held a similar position at Torstar Media Group in Toronto. The BC Interior Group consists of 21 radio stations and two television stations.
