STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES RECEIVES PURINA SPA DAYS ASSIGNMENT

Strategic Objectives of Toronto has picked up the public relations contract for Nestle Purina PetCare's Beneful Pawfect Spa Days. The one-day event will promote Purina's Beneful six-particle dog food. The public relations firm will work alongside Publicis, which handles advertising for Purina, and Publicis Dialog, which handles promotions and relationship marketing. Strategic Objectives and Publicis have also worked together on projects for Canada Post and The Body Shop. The Spa Days promotion will consist of dog events and activities including a Dog Bar, a Salon Station and a Fitness Centre. The event will take place in Toronto on July 20, in Montreal on Aug. 10 and in Vancouver on Aug. 24. Beneful dog food will also be promoted with television and magazine advertising.
