WILCOX GROUP PROMOTES JAMAL TO VP

The Wilcox Group has promoted account director Shafiq Jamal to vice-president. Jamal, who has been at the agency since October 1999, will be responsible for enhancing client relationships, overseeing the agency's staff and supporting management.
