DAVID MILNE DESIGN HIRES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT VP

David Milne Design has appointed Vern Walter vice-president of business development. In the newly-created position Walter will manage strategic business relationships and sales and marketing. He will also develop new business opportunities. Walter was previously vice-president of JCL Retail By Design.
