CONSULTANTS USE PR AGENCY FOR FIRST TIME

FHG International Inc. of Toronto is using a public relations agency for the first time. The company decided switch from handling PR in-house so it "would have a more structured way to reach out and develop its franchise business," Heather Scott told Adnews this week. Scott is a consultant with The Communications Group in Toronto, which FHG hired last week. FHG liked the work the PR firm it had done for other clients, Scott explained. FHG is a franchise consultant, working in food service, retail, tourism and hotel industries. It has an office in Miami.
