GOLF TOWN HIRES COSSETTE

Golf Town Canada of Markham, ON has appointed Cossette Communication-Marketing its new agency of record. The incumbent agency was Top Drawer Creative. According to Toronto-based Top Drawer, after working for Golf Town for three years it was told its services were no longer required. Golf Town offered to keep its Web and interactive business with Top Drawer, but the agency declined. Stephen Bebis, president of Golf Town Canada, said the company had been using Cossette for a project assignment. He said the decision to move the account to an agency that offered more was the right thing to do at the time.
