HYPN has appointed Lucy Fenella-Crean strategic account manager and Candace LaBuick account director. Fenella-Crean was previously a media planner at Starcom. LaBuick, who first joined the agency in the fall of 2000 as an account director, has returned to HYPN after some time off.
