CANADIAN OLYMPIC COMMITTEE APPOINTS CEO

The Canadian Olympic Committee has appointed Chris Rudge chief executive officer. Rudge will be based at the committee's Toronto office. He replaces former CEO Jim Thompson, who passed away suddenly in August 2002. Rudge retired from Quebecor World a year ago. He held positions at the company including chairman, CEO and president of Que-Net Media, president of Quebecor Printing Canada and president of international operations for Europe and Latin America.
