ROGERS CABLE SHUFFLES SENIOR MANAGEMENT

John Tory will move from the position of president to that of chairman at Rogers Cable on Jan. 1. Tory will also remain chief executive officer of the cable company. Rogers Communications senior vice-president of planning and strategy Edward Rogers will take over as president on that date. He will also become chief operating officer of Rogers Cable.
