SUNKIST, COLUMBIA TRISTAR PROMOTE STUART LITTLE 2 VIDEO

Sunkist Growers of Sherman Oaks, CA and Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment of Culver City, CA are jointly promoting the start of the navel orange season and the release yseterday of the movie "Stuart Little 2" on DVD and video. A contest called "A Little Goes a Long Way" began on Nov. 29 and will run until Jan. 15. Visitors to the <http://www.sunkist.com> Web site can register to win prizes including Sony CD players, Stuart Little 2 DVDs and miniature Sunkist radios. In-store materials and posters in the produce sections of Canadian and U.S. grocery stores are supporting the contest. Specially marked packages of Sunkist navel oranges and lemons have also been created that display Stuart Little graphics and contain booklets of coupons and recipes. Some retailers will also offer Sunkist coupons on Stuart Little 2 products. "Building on the success of our Sunkist Summer Adventure Sweepstakes tied to the Stuart Little 2 theatrical release, this was a natural extension of our partnership," said Robert Verloop, vice-president of marketing for Sunkist Growers. The marketing materials were developed jointly by Sunkist and Marketing Drive Worldwide of Chicago. Public relations for Sunkist Growers in Canada are handled by Advance Planning/MS&L of Toronto.
