HO-LEE-CHOW HIRES MARKETING DIRECTOR

GCF Food Services has hired Garth Garner as director of marketing for its Ho-Lee-Chow chain of Chinese restaurants. Most recently Garner had been an independent consultant. Prior to that he was vice-president of marketing for Toronto-based Mr. Sub.
