CANADA LANDS COMPANY APPOINTS PR AGENCY

Canada Lands Company has appointed Jesson Artmont its primary public relations agency. Canada Lands is a Crown corporation that manages and divests properties no longer needed by the federal government. Jesson Artmont is a Toronto-based agency founded by Lyn Artmont and Barbara Jesson in October. Jesson Artmont won the business in a competition against four other firms. Jesson Artmont will work with various Canadian agencies to provide national and regional support for Canada Lands. These firms include Campbell Strategies and Delta Media in Ontario, Compass Communications in eastern Canada, Cormier Communicators in British Columbia, Communications MECA in Quebec, The Osborne Group in Alberta and Wordsnorth International in Manitoba. The contract is for a one-year term with an option to renew. Previously Canada Lands used GPC International for this work.
