CLEAR CHANNEL PROMOTES OGILVIE

Clear Channel Outdoor's vice-president of sales Garfield Ogilvie has been promoted to national sales development manager for the company's airport division. Ogilvie will be based at the company's Chicago office. He joined the Canadian branch of Clear Channel in October 2000 when the company was Eller Media. His promotion goes into effect on Nov. 25.
