BROTHER TO CONTINUE TELEVISION CAMPAIGN

Brother International Corp. (Canada) Ltd., based in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, PQ, is continuing the television campaign that began in April for its Work Group Solutions. The creative makes use of two gangster characters who eliminate "uncooperative" office equipment. The tagline is, "Put a hit on office inefficiency." According to the company, the campaign will run until the end of next year with three new commercials involving the two characters. The first, called "Christening," will air during the Canadian broadcast of the Super Bowl in January. The other two ads, called "Crusher" and "Mama's Coffee Table," will follow later. The ads will run in English and French through 2003 during sports and news programming. Advertising for Brother is done by MacPhee of Toronto.
