HIRSH STEPS DOWN AS NELVANA CEO

Michael Hirsh has stepped down as chief executive officer of Nelvana. He will remain with the Toronto-based animation company as an advisor. Corus Entertainment, which owns Nelvana, is expected to make executive appointments for the company in the near future.
