OBSTETRICIANS ASSIGN CAMPAIGN TO VERITAS

The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada has awarded a national menopause public awareness campaign to Veritas Communications of Toronto. The society produces guidelines on reproductive health care for the public and the medical community. It also develops education programs on health issues. Veritas received the assignment based on previous work the agency has done for the organization. "Our past experience and results with Veritas, its thorough understanding of women's issues and its expert knowledge of the health care market in Canada made them the obvious choice to handle this project," said Andrée Poirier, director of the division of communications and public relations at the society. The campaign will begin in October.
