STRACHAN LEAVES TELUS

Doug Strachan left his position as director of external communications for Telus on Friday. Strachan had been with the telecommunications company for seven years. He was media relations manager and senior media relations manager before becoming director of external communications. Strachan will spend some time with his family before considering his future plans, he said. Nick Culo, manager of media relations, will assume a number of Strachan's responsibilities.
