PUBLICIS MAKES CICCIA BRAND DIRECTOR

Publicis has appointed Tony Ciccia brand director. Ciccia will handle the KIA account. Most recently he was a group account director at Young & Rubicam, where he worked on the Ford Canada and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation accounts.
