CINÉGROUPE HIRES ÉPOXY FOR IDENTITY ASSIGNMENT

Montreal-based CinéGroupe has assigned Époxy Communications of Montreal an identity project for a new fictional television series called "Seriously Weird." The program will target children 8 to 12 years of age. It will debut in Canada on YTV this fall and on British network ITV in the winter of 2003. Époxy will develop the program's overall visual identity including the logo and typography. The agency will also design the signature for the program's opening titles, closing credits and a sequence to be used for promotional purposes. The agency received the assignment based on a previous working relationship between Époxy president Daniel Fortin and "Seriously Weird" director Erik Canuel.
