DONINI HIRES FORMACERA

Donini Inc. has hired Formacera Inc. to handle its public relations and investor relations. Both companies are based in Montreal. Donini operates 32 Pizza Donini restaurants in Quebec. Formacera was founded in June 1999 by Elyce Eisman. Previously Eisman had been at Hill & Knowlton. Dinini hired Formacera based on a referral, Eisman said, once the company began conducting public relations and investor relations.
