YAHOO CANADA BEGINS CAMPAIGN FOR PERSONALS

Toronto-based Yahoo Canada is targeting adults 25 to 35 years of age in a new advertising campaign for its online dating guide Yahoo Canada Personals. The campaign, created by Sharpe Blackmore Euro RSCG of Toronto, includes advertising in movie theatres, bars and health clubs in Vancouver and Toronto. The campaign will run until mid-June. The ads' headlines include "All you have to do to reject someone is scroll down," "Exercise your love life a little" and "Having trouble getting lucky? Try your luck online."
