CHALLINOR JOINS CYGNAL TECHNOLOGIES

John Challinor has joined Cygnal Technologies Corp. as director of marketing and public affairs. Cygnal is a communications network service provider based in Oshawa, ON. Challinor has held a number of senior marketing and public affairs jobs including director of public relations for ATI Technologies and manager of corporate and public relations for Compaq Canada.
