NATIONAL PUBLIC RELATIONS ADDS TO TORONTO AND VANCOUVER OFFICES

National Public Relations has added Mac Penney to its Toronto office as vice-president of government relations and public affairs and Meg Sintzel to its Vancouver office as group manager of investor relations. Penney has about 20 years of experience in Ontario politics and ran as the Progressive Conservative candidate in last year's byelection in the Beaches-East York riding. Sintzel was previously at Assante Corp., a financial and life management services company, where she was vice-president of corporate communications. At the agency's Toronto office Danielle Riposati has been promoted to manager in the corporate group. Riposati has been with National for five years, most recently as senior consultant in the corporate group.
