PJ DDB PROMOTES RUSSELL TO VP, CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Palmer Jarvis DDB has promoted Alan Russell from copywriter to vice-president and creative director. He replaces Randy Stein, who resigned from the Vancouver agency last week. Russell has been with PJ DDB since 1987. Stein joined the agency in 1998.
