ROGERS' NEW HEALTH AND BEAUTY MAGAZINE BLOOMS THIS SPRING

Rogers Publishing will debut a new health and beauty magazine called Images Beauty + Health in March 2002. The new magazine replaces the Images and Healthwatch magazines that were previously distributed in Shoppers Drug Mart stores in Canada. The magazine will be mailed to members of Shoppers Drug Mart's Optimum loyalty program. It will also be available on newsstands as well as in Shoppers Drug Mart locations. Images Beauty + Health will target women 18 to 49 years of age. Three versions of the magazine will be published containing targeted editorial classified as either "Young and Hip," "Prestige" or "Motherhood". Based on both their membership profile as well as their purchasing habits members will receive the version aimed at them. "Young and Hip" will be directed to women 18 to 24 years of age. "Motherhood" will target those customers with children. "Prestige" will target women who spend more on prestige cosmetics. Circulation of Images Beauty + Health, to be published six times a year, will be 430,000 in English and 70,000 in French.
