O'NEILL AND PHILBROOK JOIN LOOPMEDIA

Pete O'Neill and Jennifer Philbrook have joined Loopmedia as creative director and business development representative, respectively. They join the Toronto animation company from ICE. O'Neill was creative director and 3D animator there. Philbrook worked in public relations and marketing as well as production.
