VENTURE COMMUNICATIONS LANDS TWO CLIENTS
By Adnews Staff
Calgary-based Venture Communications has been appointed the creative agency for the Alberta Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission's Youth Strategy. The communications company was one of four agencies to participate in a formal review process for the account, which was previously handled in-house. The AADAC educates children about drug and alcohol addiction. Venture's first project for the commission will be a television commercial to be released this fall. Venture Communications has also picked up new business from Calgary-based Wireless Networks. The agency was hired to develop the company's corporate brand following an agency review. Venture, which also operates offices in Ottawa and London, ON and Raleigh, NC, provides clients with marketing, advertising, public relations and new media services.
