MAXXCOM ACQUIRES STAKE IN UK AGENCY

Toronto-based Maxxcom's London-based subsidiary Interfocus Group has acquired a 76% interest in Grange Advertising. Grange is a business-to-business agency with clients including ARC, FCI, Intersil, Panasonic and Xerox. Interfocus provides brand and marketing consulting, advertising, design, sales promotion, direct marketing, new media promotion and sponsorship management. Its clients include Lloyds, Microsoft, Eddie Bauer, Kimberly-Clark and Seiko. Grange will be renamed Interfocus Technology and will re-locate its UK office to Interfocus' London office.
