ESTATION DEPOSITS ON-SCREEN ADVERTISING IN ATMS

Toronto-based eStation.com Inc. has launched a 12-week advertising program for its ATM business. The pilot program will involve on-screen advertisements from Canadian packaged goods companies including Parmalat, Heinz, Nestle and Clorox. "The pilot program represents a big step in the delivery of an ATM solution that offers a win for the consumer, the retailer, the advertiser and eStation," said Chris Fowler, eStation's vice-president of sales and advertising. EStation's ATMs are placed in retail and hospitality chains such as grocery stores, gas stations, movie theatres, convenience stores and shopping malls. The machines provide financial services plus coupons and promotional offers. Web-enabled machines can also provide e-commerce services. On-screen advertising will appear on selected ATMs until the end of August.
