MediaVest Worldwide (Canada) has hired Jessica Dolgoy as a broadcast negotiator and Matthew Ramella as a media assistant. Most recently, Dolgoy worked as a buyer at HYPN. Ramella is a recent graduate of Brock University's Communication and Media program.
