NATIONAL NAMES KERBEL VP OF HEALTH CARE PRACTICE

Robin Kerbel is joining PharmaCom, the health care practice of National Public Relations, as vice-president. Kerbel will be responsible for building new ventures and providing strategic counsel to the agency's domestic and international health care accounts. Prior to joining PharmaCom, Kerbel was senior vice-president and director of the Canadian health care practice at Hill & Knowlton.
