THE COMMUNICATIONS GROUP WINS FOUR NEW ASSIGNMENTS

The Communications Group of Toronto has won four new real estate public relations assignments. Monarch Construction Limited, also of Toronto, has tapped the agency to handle the PR activities surrounding its waterfront project. A joint venture with Water View Corp., construction of the $300 million high-rise waterfront project is scheduled to begin next year. Advertising is being done by LA Ads. Toronto-based Mantella has also hired TCG to handle PR for The Montgomery, a luxury condominium. Toronto-based Georgian Corp. has hired TCG to handle public relations for its St. Lawrence Lofts project, a conversion of three vintage buildings on Front Street in Toronto. Advertising for both The Montgomery and St. Lawrence Lofts is being done by G. Ryan Designs. The Bowmore Group, also of Toronto has appointed TCG to handle public relations for its Ritz-Carlton Hotel project first announced in November. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Condos is scheduled to be built in 2004. Advertising is being handled by Montana Steele. TCG said it won all of these assignments based on referrals.
