SUNOCO HANDS E-MARKETING JOB TO GREY

Toronto-based Sunoco Canada has awarded its e-marketing agency of record title to GreyInteractive of Toronto. Sunoco, which plans to expand its online marketing efforts, previously handled the work in-house. The agency and Sunoco will develop a permission-based email marketing program consisting of an online newsletter, a promotional email program, an automated contest system and integration between off-line programs and Sunoco's online presence. GreyWorldwide Canada, GreyInteractive's parent company, is also working with Sunoco on a number of off-line advertising and marketing projects including internal branding, loyalty program development and customer relationship management.
