BC SECURITIES COMMISSION NAMES MEDIA RELATIONS OFFICER

The BC Securities Commission has named Andrew Poon media relations officer, effective April 23, 2001. In his new role, Poon will work with local, regional and national reporters. He will also play a role in publicizing the commission's investor and industry education programs. He joins the commission from the University of BC where he held the same title.
