FORBES AND VDI ENTER AGREEMENT

Toronto-based Forbes Broadcast Services has entered into a strategic agreement with California-based VDI MultiMedia. VDI will use Forbes for the digital delivery of media content to Canadian radio and television stations. VDI's clients include motion picture studios Universal, Disney, Fox, Sony Pictures, Paramount, MGM and Warner Brothers as well as ad agencies TBWA/Chiat/Day, Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam. "With digital delivery to Canada via Forbes Broadcast Services, we will be able to effectively eliminate expensive courier and custom fees, and most importantly, enable same day or overnight delivery of media content," said Neil Nguyen, president of VDI's MultiMedia division.
