ECHO RESTRUCTURES MANAGEMENT

Toronto-based Echo Advertising & Marketing has announced a number of changes as part of a corporate restructuring of its senior management team. Len Gill trades in the title of president for chairman, retaining the CEO title in the move. Vice-president/partner Barry Avrich replaces Gill as president and chief operating officer. Steve Pulver, previously vice-president/partner, is appointed executive vice-president and Marilyn Sherman is promoted from vice-president/media director to executive vice-president, media. Also changing roles is Tori Hockin, who adds vice-president to her title of account group director, Jacqui Butterworth, who is promoted from vice-president, associate media director to vice-president, media director, Ed Weiss, who is promoted from senior media director to vice-president, media director and Rey Tabarrok, who is promoted from account director to vice-president, theatrical entertainment.
