NORTH YORK HOSPITAL REVIEW ON HOLD
By Adnews Staff
Toronto's North York General Hospital has put its agency search on hold. Ruth Lewkowicz, director of public relations for the hospital, cited a need to address "internal matters" as the reason. North York General began the search earlier this month, seeking an agency to handle the hospital's re-branding initiative. Lewkowicz said the review did progress to the February 15 deadline for interested agencies. Forty agencies responded to the call. The postponement is expected to last until late summer. When North York General resumes its search, it will contact interested agencies. The re-branding campaign is the first of its kind in the hospital's 33-year history.
