NAME BREAKS NEW TELEVISION CAMPAIGN

Name Inc. breaks its first ever television advertising campaign today. The Toronto-based Internet application integrator is running a 30-second commercial during ROB-TV's new talk show The Next Big Thing. Name is the primary sponsor of the new program premiering today and running for the next 26 weeks. "We found that ROB-TV's core audience profile was a solid match with Name's Canadian markets," said Karen Wellen, project manager, Name Inc. The TV campaign is part of Name's marketing strategy to build brand awareness and recognition. The spot, running three times throughout each episode, features a heavenly theme. The tagline is "Name. The first and last word in e-business." The spot was created by Generator Films of Toronto. Public relations for Name are handled by Edelman Public Relations of Toronto.
