CORBY DISTILLERIES HOLDS ONLINE COGNAC CONTEST

Toronto-based Corby Distilleries has kicked-off an online contest in which the winner will take home a bottle of Hennessy Paradis cognac worth $350 and take a trip to France to be a guest of Maurice Hennessy, a descendant of Hennessy Cognac founder Richard Hennessy. Corby's holds a licensing agreement to market Hennessy cognacs in Canada. The contest is open to Canadians 19 years of age and older. Ballots, available at <http://www.canadiannetstakes.com/hennessy>, can be filled out until the end of the month. A random draw will take place on January 15, 2001. The prize includes airfare for two from Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto to Paris, three nights accommodation for two at Maurice Hennessy's chateau in the town of Cognac and $1,000 spending money. Public relations, from Cohn & Wolfe of Toronto, are supporting the contest.
