FAMILY COMMUNICATIONS SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH G&M

Family Communications of Toronto has signed a multi-year distribution agreement with The Globe and Mail for its Canadian Home Planning magazine. Under the terms of the agreement, home subscribers of the national newspaper in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax will receive the magazine as an insert with the newspaper. The agreement begins April 19, 2000. The semi-annual magazine will have an initial circulation of 124,000, targeting upscale urban adults with an average household income of $93,000+.
