PUBLICIS BRINGS PUBLICIS NETWORKS TO CANADA
By Adnews Staff
Publicis Canada has announced the Canadian launch of its Internet services arm Publicis NetWorks, which was first created and launched internationally earlier this year. In Canada, the wholly-owned subsidiary will initially operate from Publicis' Toronto office, expanding as client demand grows. Michael Aniballi, former vice president of Rare Medium Canada, will head up Publicis NetWorks as general manager. Joining him is the 18+ employee roster of Rare Medium Canada, which is closing up shop, Andrew Bruce, executive vice president and COO of Publicis Canada said. Publicis NetWorks will be a resource to the company's existing clients as well as any new clients that join the client roster in the future. The Internet services arm is an extension of the integrated marketing services Publicis currently offers its clients, Bruce said, rounding out the company's offerings in brand identity and design, customer relationship management and media.
