MOTOMEDIA LISTENING TO THE BEATLES, WORKING WITH MEALS ON WHEELS
By Adnews Staff
Motomedia Advertising of Woodbridge, Ontario has launched a new mobile advertising campaign for Mississauga, Ontario-based EMI Music Canada. The campaign, which broke on Monday, is promoting the Nov. 14 release of a new CD featuring 21 number one singles from the British rock group The Beatles. Two different executions, one featuring psychedelic images of the group's faces, will be seen touring the streets of Toronto until the campaign wraps up on Nov. 23. Advertising was done by Gaggi Media of Toronto.
In other Motomedia news, the mobile advertising company has announced it is working with Mid Toronto Community Services Meal on Wheels program to deliver bottled water to its Carleton Street headquarters. The water accompanies meals that are distributed to seniors and adults with disabilities which prevent them from preparing their own meals. Michael Gillissie, vice president of Motomedia, said the initiative was a logical use of Motomedia's vehicles during non-campaign hours. A similar program is planned for the Vancouver market.
