TSN AND WENDY'S SCORE TOUCHDOWN WITH CFL

Toronto-based sports network TSN has kicked-off a month-long promotion with Wendy's and the Canadian Football League. The national effort will offer Canadian football fans the chance to win a trip to the Grey Cup in Calgary on November 26. To enter, viewers must identify "Dave's Play" of the game. The play of the game will be announced during CFL games on TSN airing on Friday nights in October. Dave Thomas, founder and spokesperson for Wendy's, appears in television spots and on three million restaurant tray-liners supporting the promotion. Once consumers have identified the play they can go to <http://www.tsn.ca> to fill out a contest entry form. A random draw will pickl the winner. Both the promotional concept and television creative were developed in-house by TSN. The tray liners were created by Juice Design of Toronto.
