BIRD ON A WIRE "WATCHING OVER" CUSTOMERS

Bird on a Wire Networks, based in Mississauga, Ontario, has begun its first campaign with advertising agency Enterprise Creative Selling. The Web hosting company appointed the Toronto agency and its partner, direct marketing agency Go Direct, in July of this year to handle its launch this fall and to provide on-going marketing services. The campaign breaks tomorrow, based on the tagline "Someone To Watch Over You." The creative is intended to communicate that "it is the people behind the technology that create the soul and core difference of Bird on a Wire Networks." The first print execution, running in the Globe and Mail and National Post, appears with the headline 'Looking for Trouble? We Are." Additional executions are expected to follow in national business and computing publications as well as in national dailies over the next few weeks. Radio spots in key markets and banner ads on business and technology Web sites will also roll out this week. The campaign is targeting chief information and technology officers of medium to large sized companies as well as IT professionals and value added resellers. A direct mail component from Go Direct also begins this week.
